Acceptable Use Policy for Netvaz Services – Complete Terms & Conditions
This Agreement for General Terms & Conditions for using Netvaz Services (hereinafter the "Agreement" or "General Terms") has been entered into:
Netvaz having its registered office situated at [Your Office Address], Pakistan, through its duly authorized officer (hereinafter "Netvaz") which expression shall include its successors-in-interest, permitted assigns and duly authorized officers.
An individual, entity or person, whether natural or juridical, whether incorporated or un-incorporated, who has agreed and accepted to access, avail or use any of the Services provided by Netvaz.
| 1.1 "Agreement" or "AUP" | Includes these General Terms, and any other specific terms, policies, notifications, directives, terms and conditions printed on invoices, circulars, user manuals, and instructions which Netvaz keeps amending from time to time. |
| 1.2 "Applicable Laws" | Any instrument having force of law such as enactments, statutes, Acts, ordinances, orders, rules, regulations, directives, circulars, SOPs etc., legislated under competent legislative power. |
| 1.3 "Services" | Shall include Internet Domains, Web Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Colocation Services, Email Hosting, Cloud Services, SSL Certificates, and any other services provided by Netvaz. |
| 1.4 "Shared Hosting" | A web hosting service where multiple websites reside on a single web server connected to the Internet. |
| 1.5 "VPS Hosting" | Virtual Private Server hosting that partitions a physical server into multiple virtual servers, each with dedicated resources. |
| 1.6 "Dedicated Server" | A physical server entirely leased to a single customer with full root access and dedicated resources. |
| 1.7 "Colocation" | The service of housing customer-owned servers and networking equipment in Netvaz's data center facility. |
| 1.8 "Domain Registration" | The process of reserving a domain name for a specified period through accredited registrars. |
| 1.9 "System" | Includes every type of hardware(s), software(s), operating or application software, platform(s), servers, cloud, network, physical or non-physical storage devices or facilities, licenses, telecommunication systems. |
| 1.10 "Data Center" | Netvaz's facility housing servers, networking equipment, and infrastructure for service delivery. |
| 1.11 "Bandwidth" | The amount of data transfer allocated to Customer's services on a monthly basis. |
| 1.12 "Uptime" | The percentage of time services are accessible and operational, excluding scheduled maintenance. |
| 1.13 "SLA" | Service Level Agreement outlining performance commitments and credits for downtime. |
| 1.14 "Paid Support" | Premium technical support services available for an additional fee beyond standard support. |
Netvaz provides a comprehensive range of hosting and internet services. The Customer acknowledges that:
Shared hosting accounts share server resources with other customers. The Customer agrees to:
Reseller hosting allows Customers to sell hosting services to third parties. The Reseller agrees to:
Email services are provided with the following limitations:
VPS plans include dedicated resources as specified in the service plan:
VPS customers have greater control and therefore greater responsibility:
Dedicated servers provide exclusive use of physical hardware:
Netvaz guarantees hardware functionality. In case of hardware failure:
Netvaz provides secure data center space for Customer-owned equipment. Colocation includes:
Netvaz offers remote hands services for colocation customers (additional fees apply):
Netvaz acts as a reseller for domain registrations through accredited registrars:
All active accounts receive standard support covering:
For Customers requiring enhanced support, Netvaz offers premium support packages:
Support does NOT include:

The following content is strictly prohibited on any Netvaz service:

Netvaz shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
If force majeure conditions continue for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement without liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Netvaz may terminate immediately without notice for:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], Pakistan.
Prior to litigation, both parties agree to attempt good faith mediation to resolve disputes.
Netvaz reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting to the Netvaz website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of amended terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance.
By using Netvaz services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
